The Ontario health care system is complex, but the strategies learned are clear and manageable…

"I have had the good fortune to be connected to Penny Paucha and the Evolution of Thinking™ program over the last 10 years as I have worked in various leadership roles. The Ontario health care system is complex, but the strategies learned are clear and manageable - put together, I believe I have been an effective and positive change agent. This would not have happened without the Evolution's theory of complex change management, and the one-to-one leadership Coaching that I engaged with Ms Paucha in during my tenure as AFHTO's President.

Penny and team have effectively steered many individuals and groups through the navigation of their local complex change challenges, including but not limited to Health Links, Ontario Health Teams, the OCFP leadership mentoring network, the Southwest Primary Care Network, individual FHTs, and many more small- and large-scale change efforts. I strongly endorse this approach."

I learned how to trust my strengths as a leader, let go of the details and trust my staff…

"The Evolution of Thinking™ course came at the perfect time. I learned how to trust my strengths as a leader, let go of the details and trust my staff. Before the course, I always felt guilty when I didn't know all the details. I learned to trust and empower my staff."

Get ready to rekindle the spark, motivation and energy that used to drive you.

Let's do a brief exercise straight out of the EOT curriculum:

Start with remembering your why.

When you look back over the pandemic, despite the chaos, were there times when you felt your purpose come into focus? You knew that you were doing important work that mattered. What if you could find a way to connect to your sense of purpose while still balancing work with rest and recovery?

It sounds impossible, but our clients have achieved this by changing their thinking and their habits to be adapted for complexity through the Evolution of Thinking program.

Join them and join us in being the next success story because your work matters.

This live, online course runs for 14 weeks with a total commitment time of 30 hours (24 hours of content learning, 5 hours of coaching labs) and, unlike theory-focused courses, is based on a cycle of learn, experiment, and evaluate. This cyclical, hands-on, and proven leadership training method will enhance your ability to retain what you learn and apply it successfully to real-world situations.

The result will be an improved ability to delegate, comfort with managing conflict, a structured approach to meetings and most importantly, an ability to create coalitions for meaningful transformation.

"The value of the Evolution of Thinking™ program is found in the course's ability to help students understand their thought processes through a structured approach based on the neuro and social sciences. This understanding will allow students to appreciate the actions of colleagues and subordinates. The result will be an improved ability to delegate, comfort with managing conflict, a structured approach to meetings and most importantly, an ability to create coalitions for meaningful transformation."

"
With spreading a variety of sessions over several months - allowing for reinforcement, incentive to test out techniques and then discuss them - I learned and retained far more than past experiences.

"Having done several other leadership programs, I was skeptical that the Evolution of Thinking™ program would provide any additional value. I was surprised and pleased with the results. Most programs sound great, then one gets back to work and the materials get put aside then discarded a couple of years later. With spreading a variety of sessions over several months - allowing for reinforcement, incentive to test out techniques and then discuss them - I learned and retained far more than past experiences. As a team, our meetings run more smoothly, we get more done with less conflict, and we are clearly moving ahead faster than before."
