Renee’s drive for transformational change in healthcare has led her to coach and facilitate physicians and senior executive leaders through the leadership programs at Instincts at Work.

Renee’s experience as a nurse consultant in the areas of infection prevention and control (IPAC), clinical research, change management and project coordination has fostered Renee’s keen interest in optimizing patient care outcomes.
